Today is another hot and sunny day in Cebu. Manny is much more comfortable with us, he is smiling more often then he is sad or crying. He now gives kisses on the lips and blows kisses, he also gives a high-five. He says hello to the staff raher then looking away.
Lina, I'm so happy to read this. Manny has such a lovely Mummy & Daddy. He is a very lucky boy! I know that the two of you are such loving and committed people, and it will only be short time yet before the bond between you and he well begins its lifelong course of strengthening. Kisses to all of you. I wish Manny great comfort in his time of transition. On the one hand, it is so much change for such a little one, and on the other hand, children are of course so adaptable, and there are certain universals, such as toys and candy, and what makes them feel safe.
